Where did you pull Dietrich Enns from, and are there more like him there?

Mets are on their 31st tosser of the season and it's only getting worse and ever worser...

Just a re-tread tire that they rolled out today. They signed him after his stint in the KBO I think.

According to this, it was 1,371 days after his last game in MLB. Moreover, "Enns' 2,877-day gap between starts is one of the longest this century, trailing longtime Major League closer Jim Johnson, who went 4,427 days between starts from July 29, 2006, to Sept. 11, 2018." My calculator says 7.9 years for Enns, 12.1 years for Johnson.

Carpenter on the 10 day IL. Good time to be extra cautious - up double digits in the Central heading into the AS break.

Let's play two!

Just tuned in to the game. Oh, look. Colt Keith is 2 for 2 ... in the first inning.

This is good.

The Nats certainly knocked the pixie dust off of Enns last night!

Two razor thin victories on the road in Cleveland has been great to see. Cleveland has been that team the Tigers seem to always struggle against. I mean, offensively they still are but the pitching has carried. Clevo can forget about the division. It’s WC or bust for them. I would sure like a few of their bullpen pieces if they decide to deal at the deadline.

I am hoping for this or a Boston sell-off and Chapman becomes available.

Chapman would be great but I'm not convinced Boston is selling.

The Tigers did not need this sweep. They had won the series. Cleveland played them super tough today. They could have just given them this one and went back to pack for the next home stand. Instead they continue to fight till the last out and are rewarded for it. This team is SUCH a fun watch.

That was some game. I was begging for Hinch to have Sweeney lay down a bunt. Unreal.

That was an 'all cylinders firing' game.

What's the story behind Wednesday's oddball game start (5:10 ET)?

C'mon, Tigers, I'm dumb enough to watch a game starting at 4 ET (10 my time) on a weekday, but 5 (11) I can't do...!

No clue. That is not a standard get-away-day time or evening start. In boxing, we'd call it a catchweight bout.

I am glad Olsen has another chance to start today before the all-star break. Go Tigers!

Great to see Captain Jack on top of his curveball. If Flaherty stabalizes, this team is bound for glory. I am feeling like it's 1984 again!
