Live Game Play Wishlist

These are some things that I really think would greatly improve the in game immersion. Sounds really add to that IMO. As well as the live scoreboards, which was introduced this year. I've seen most of these talked about in years past, but I just though I'd put that thoughts together in on place.

I understand that for some, maybe most even, playing out the games isn't all that important. And I understand that. But these thing really would add to the experience. And would help getting newer younger (I'm 51, so I'm pretty young, right?

) people more interested in the game.

I won't go into the ovious, regarding better player models, more animations, etc. While those would certainly be great and welcoming, I really think things like camera angles, sounds, etc would do as much or more in regards to better immersion. At lest for me.

Camera
Ability to move the camera during game play
How hot keys (or a widget?) where I can switch the camera on the fly
Better looking broadcast camera during the at bat(pitcher view)

Sounds
pause gameplay for batter walkup sound
have an option to stop playing certain sounds (Home Run, Rally, etc), sometimes they go on too long and would be nice to stop press a button that stops that sound at that point.
Have a “sound board” on the screen, that we can add sounds to to play ourself when we want to hear them.
Add sound options:
Home Team scores
Home Team Walk
Visiting Team Error
Home Team Win
When an inning ends (different ones for each, i.e. Top 1st, Bottom 1st, Top 2nd, Botton 2nd, etc)
When visiting team changes pitcher, or visits the mound
Before the game(thinking national anthem here)

Player Graphics
Umpires
1st/3rd base coaches
bat boys/girls
Manager, players at mound when mount visit occurs
have batter step out of box when a wild pitch, and between pitches if playing pitch by pitch

Scoreboards
more of them, I love them!
show player stats on the boards
show videos animations for great catch!, strikeout!, Home run, etc

Other items
dim the lights when visiting team mound visit or visiting team changes pitchers\
Fireworks after home team strikes out a batter
Better player models
Individual player batting stances
Individual player pitching motion
More annimation in play outcomes

Another idea:

When a play is over you see them throw the ball around. And when an inning is over, you see the players leave the field. It would be cool if after the player leave the field, you see the other team take the field. Also, if after a play is over, it'd be cool to see the next batter come up to the plate. Obviously, this would need to have the ability to skip like you can them throwing the ball around, etc. But I do think it would be a nice addition.

Something else. I think should be high priority.

I need a popup box or some alert when a pitcher change, pinch hitter, pinch runner, injury, etc. I’m very bad about missing that in the pbp window.

Also, my eyes focus more toward the
Bottom of the screen with the animation going. So, an option to put the pbp box at the bottom(maybe with a transparent background?) would be great!

Another idea:

When a play is over you see them throw the ball around. And when an inning is over, you see the players leave the field. It would be cool if after the player leave the field, you see the other team take the field. Also, if after a play is over, it'd be cool to see the next batter come up to the plate. Obviously, this would need to have the ability to skip like you can them throwing the ball around, etc. But I do think it woudl be a nice addition.
