Cannot sign in

I loaded the Beta version, now when trying to enter the official release it says ID is invalid. I tried registering again but says login is disabled. Do I need to erase the beta version first?

It doesn't even promp me for the license key. The Beta version did. Help me NOW!!!!!

Screw this. You have a new release a nd no one is available to answer a question?? are you guys that dumb?

Yes, we've disabled logins now to switch over for release.

Why send an e-mail saying to load it if it is not ready??

Now I've erased the beta. will I lose all the extras I got for early purchasing?

You won't lose them, they will be restored for real once the official period starts.

Now I am getting the following error when trying to load the beta:

The OOTP client is not up to date. Please install the latest version.

I tried another install and got the same error.

Or are you having issues just installing the base game? You never need to uninstall. Subsequent versions just save atop the core files of the game. It shouldn't cause an error though if you did try and delete/uninstall it though. Is it Steam or Fast Spring?

It is Fastspring.

Nothing I do seems to fix the error.

I assume I should wait until the new version is available on Fast Spring?

I am still getting the same error. Where should I be downloading this from. I bought this the day it was available, had thew beta, got errors this morning, deleted everything via taski manager, and now I get the same error when I try to install. HELP ME PLEASE or refund my damn money.

Please, casn someone help me?

I am having a heart attack over this. This is just unfair. SWhould I restore a backup of my machine and try again?
