Login/Registration Disabled

Hi,

I am fairly new to OOTP. I just bought the 2026 game and downloaded it. I entered my license key into the game and then got some reason perfect team wasn’t working saying that the “OOTP client wasn’t up to date”. I logged out to see if it would work if I logged out and back in again and now I’m getting the following error message “login/registration disabled”.

I literally just got this game and was so excited to play it and I don’t know what to do. I just keep running into error after error. I am playing on a MacBook Air and not through steam. Just downloaded the game via the website.

Login/registration is disabled temporarily , they should announce something soon, hang in there.

I was logged in earlier, bought $100 of perfect points, was happily opening packs. Game froze, on relogin I get 'Login/Registration disabled." Tried password reset. No luck.

This is the universe telling me not to get involved in this game again. So, guess I'm out.

The last couple of hours feel really long.

Thanks, I am on now but have a new problem. I have multiple players I have purchased, my points were debited and they show up on my history as purchased but are not anywhere to be found on my rosters. Also, all my buy orders disappeared but show up on my history.

Sorry for the trouble.

The player may be on your inactive player list, so check there first.

The buy orders were cleared, but you should have received any points back.
