This is pretty rough history, but, so's today, I will try to think of a way to represent it.

Holy ****. That is definitely NOT my intent here. Was riffing off NY Nine. Let's...reevaluate that name. How about the Little Rock Players? Reference to both the orchestra and the...actual players. I'm down to that and/or the San Antonio Tarantulas.

I wasn't sure if you meant that either. But reading about it sure went along with the spirit of the day.
I kind of want to fit "Reperatory Theater and Baseball Club" onto a logo... ill iterate on it. I think a skull and baseball for a theater logo kind of works (I know you asked for an orchestra-style, this is just something I thought of) I kicked it around tonight but certainly not a finished logo or idea (what colors for example?) |

Thunder Bay Sleepers
Originally the Thunder Bay Sleeping Giants, from way way back towards the beginning of this thread. I use them as a minor league team for my team, Winnipeg.
The silhouette of the Sleeping Giant mountain is right from Thunder Bay's flag. It took forever to get the name right (right for myself, I mean), but my entire logo output is made while a child is finally asleep, so.. |

Rochester North Stars
this is named after Frederick Douglass's anti-slavery newspaper
the white text and baseball star don't show up well here but they look good on the dark background in the game |

Love this concept, though. Like doing what it takes to get the show on. Selfless, interdependent, and entertaining. Was thinking colors of green/red/white. Arkansas is full of greenbelts, parks, and other natural areas. The fictional stadium is right on the Arkansas river, in a park. But I'm game for derivations you think are cool. I especially like your play on non-typical shapes for logos. Half circles, ovals, etc.

It'll use the diamond from the arkansas flag, then, for a non traditional logo shape. I'll try out some versions tonight. Curious which logos of mine you are using!
some of the older ones can probably be touched up!

Absolutely love these! Thank you! What kind of leaf is that? I love the subtlety it adds to everything. And the Skull/Ball logo is super unique and a killer (haha) cap adornment. I'm using your Virginia Beach Atlantics, San Jose Sloths, and Denver Hawks in my latest league. Diggin' those atypical shapes Edit: Looks great in the standings context as well ![]()

I think it's an oak leaf. I took it from the flag of Little Rock.

I looked at my file and there was a partially-started attempt at tracing the Edith Houghton holding a bat photo from when she was working for the Phillies, along with the two that I finished (ish) and posted in your thread. I stilll like the idea, I'll kick at it a bit more

Philadelphia Bobbies attempt 2: Edith Houghton
More attempts to draw Edith Houghton. These are deranged, but I'm happy to have spent an evening making them. Both the micro and macro details are obviously improvable.
The older Edith one is probably more of a league logo type image, like for an AAGBL-type league. Her as a kid was my better, second idea. Just her head could go on a hat, for example. Trying to make her into a disembodied ragamuffin Harpo. Any colors ideas, I started with vaguely Phillies and Athletics (blue). I'll prob use them for some kind of concepts of my own, too, or at least think of a team name for my world that is less era-specific than Bobbies. anyway,

Here this is as the Diamond Street Kids, I looked back at your thread too. If there's a particular team name or image in there that you would like I will add it to my list
