Getting codes for a new computer

I recently bought a new computer. I deactivated my old codes on the old computer. I made copies of the codes. I attempted to put the codes into the game but it said that they weren’t valid. I know they're 6000 characters long but I went over and checked each one and they were accurate. Why didn't they work? Do I need them to send me new codes? If so, how?
