It isn’t a nickname. The manager card has only the name. All the other minors managers for this team is listed as manager. For some reason his role is listed as Big Boss

Ok but why is his role Big Boss? This isn't something that's normally in the game, as I've never seen any manager listed as anything other then Manager

No idea. That’s my question too. I’ve never seen this before…..and it’s unable to be changed or edited anywhere

It appears in one place. I don't know much about such files as this but the English term "Big Boss" lives in the gui_translations.xml for some item numbered 22963. That's the only place I could find it searching all the .txt, .csv and other files that come with the game.

My guess is that this was mapped to a specific team in a league which shall not be named as an easter egg and once that was removed the ID got recycled to a different team, but the mapping was not removed.
