Did last update remove diving catches

As the title says since updating to 25.9.91 I've noticed a complete lack of diving catches.

I play out all my games in two different leagues, one fictional and one historical. Since yesterday I've played out a dozen or more games with not a single dive.

It used to be you couldn't go fives minutes without one. Any one else see this or is it just me?

A few updates back I know we reduced the rates of them (since as you said, you couldn't go more than a handful of plays without seeing one, which was unrealistic). We haven't adjusted the rates though in the last couple patches.

Thanks Matt. I must have just missed it until a couple days ago.
Might have over done it the other direction though because like I said I'm not seeing any now

I've seen diving catches post patch in my game. I have also seen more diving attempts where the fielder doesn't catch the ball. Before we start yo-yoing from patch to patch I think we should give the current settings some time to get a decent sample size.

YMMV.

I’m seeing diving catches, leaping catches, robbed homers, etc on the latest patch, so they do happen.

I am still seeing them, but at a much reduced rate, and IMO, a more accurate rate...

I am noticing in my league it is tougher to steal. Did the patch cause this? Or us it league evolution?

I see them but they're very rare, as they should be. They were waaaaaaaay too common previously, which maybe isn't a thing you notice so much when you're only playing out one game at a time or dropping in every few games but it used to be literally 2-3 diving catches every game per team and now it's maaaaybe 1. Which is as it should be. As nice as the "oh this is a good fielder" feedback is, to me a diving stop should be a thing to make you say "wow!", not something you see like every other inning.
