Fictional League of All Terrible Players? - Page 2

Doing the inaugural draft now. Since every player has terrible ratings, I'm focusing on young guys, durable guys, guys with 5 or 6 pitches, knuckleballers, and guys with high work ethic and leadership. I figure a durable leader with 6 pitches, including a knuckleball, at the age of 22 is a better bet than a 33 year old guy with 3 pitches and a selfish personality.

I simmed a season and something unexpected happened. Every team pretty much immediately promoted every single international complex prospect and draft pick they got that even had an ounce of talent and they all went on to dominate the league, so it was full of extremely successful 16, 18, and 22 year olds haha.

You said you didn't know what to expect but to be surprised by this you had an idea of what not to expect!

Not surprising at all. I'd be more interested digging into the results. How many millstones were achieved, IE how many 5+ hit games or no hitters.
