How to fix messages/logs/boxscores not showing in online league?

I've been in an online league for about 30 in-game years and everyone but the commish is having mail issues now. Inboxes are either blank or they are showing messages from 2 years ago from different organizations.

Commish states the Reports Center and League File Center both have "0" entered for messages, game logs, and box scores. I also had them give me a copy of their messages.dat file to see if that worked if I plugged it in, it did not. Neither did deleting the league and re-joining.

I'm not sure what else to try. Any suggestions?

It sounds like the messages folder is empty. If the commish has them they could upload a special file.

You can also ask them to make sure they're keeping news logs etc. You can see that on the right of the Global Settings screen.

EDIT: I wonder if they purged the messages via the Database screen or if they deleted them outside of the game.

There are files in the messages folder. For a bit I was getting mail from 2 years ago from different teams, but even then the text and photos didn't match.

When I deleted the league and re-joined my new messages were blank. I somehow got lucky and was able to void a team option via mail. Everything was blank, but it had the photo of said player, that was it.

I also noticed when rejoining the league all the logos changed back to default, even after a download. I notice other leagues have updated logos if I rejoin. Seems like it might be a setting not checked?

Ask the commish if they can give you all of the dats, not just the msgs one.

Other than that, I don't know. It's been a while since I've played in online leagues.

Hopefully someone else has an idea.
