Top Prospect Report

FRBA has 1-100 ratings on all except OVR/POT 20-80 anywho

Just published the Annual Top 100 Prospects on opening day...

As you can see in the Batters report Speed and Defense seem to be 1-20 not 1-100... Here is the LINK to the report...

That looks to me like you've got potential/overall ratings set to 1-100 and "other" ratings, which include defense but also speed, bunting, and so on set to 1-20.

That is a good assumption, but unfortunately it is not something as simple as that.... Here is a link to Chase Utley Players Page number 52 on the list... and below is the global settings for the league... Seems to be only on prospect reports so far...

OK... This seems to be happening in all the leagues I am in... Any 'Prospect Report' has bad Speed and Defense values... These are online leagues so I know its not isolated to my system. The problem occurs both in-game and with online reports... Here is another sample... League uses 20-80 by 5 increments, as compared to the original post...

Still problems with Prospect reports 'Speed' and 'Defense' ratings, both in-game and in reports...(25.6.71)... This is in every online league I am in and also my 2 solo leagues
