Coaching Relationships - Ratings - Reputation

Which of these things matter the most? How do you weight the value of each of Ratings/Relationships/Reputation? Do some positions in the organization carry more value than others for each of the 3?

Sorry if this is known, OOTP 25 is my first foray into the franchise.. there is so much to this game just trying to learn what matters

I don't put much at all into reputation and not that much into relationships. This might help you.
