I believe the only way to use the new world.dat is to start a new game.

Yes you’d need to import the 25 database.

Personal info can be optionally added to the scout screen in the screen setup menu**. Being able to see when and how I acquired a player without leaving the scout screen is a click saver for me. It's nice to compare the acquired date to how the scout perceived that player at the time he was signed, traded for, drafted etc. , and how it's changed since.


** It's the only option that currently works in that menu.
Hopefully it gets fixed in the next patch. Please...

Also while here I would mention the new texture of the stadium grass is a nice improvement. To my eye there is some depth to it that wasn't there before.

I very much approve of the minor league levels now having pro experience limits enabled by default. This matches reality and saves me time from having to enable it on each league. I still need to go set roster limits per level, but at least it is one less thing to change each time I start up a game.

The new skylines really dress up the stadiums while playing out games. Even after playing out 70 games, regular season and spring, they still stick out as a big improvement.
