I don't have an eta just yet, as their is still a lot of little things to do, but I will update as I go along. If anyone is interested in letting me test their CSVs with this tool, I would need you to e-mail me the following files, league_data.csv player_master.csv team_data.csv schedules.csv player_skater_stats_rs.csv boxscore_summary.csv boxscore_skater_summary.csv boxscore_goalie_summary.csv boxscore_period_scoring_summary.csv boxscore_period_penalties_summary.csv e-mail: mrmikecrawford@rogers.com |

Sent a email for both my WHA franchise and my 2002 historical playthrough. Hopefully either or both can help you along. Thanks again for doing the work on this. |

have a small update... the converter now lists both goalies for each team, as well as stats for the backup goalies if they played any minutes.

I started out with Perl but ended up using AutoHotkey for this project. I used it to before on a custom GUI and really liked it. Last edited by daigle91; 01-24-2024 at 07:21 PM. |

Oh dang, I've only ever used AutoHotKey for stuff like moving directories and files etc - Didn't know it was capable of CSV manipulation and HTML output, that's real interesting thanks for the heads up.

working on a phyton / jupyter notebook solution to analyse player skills (playmaking, shooting, ...) per Positiontype (Goalie, Defense, Forwards) and Team.
Taking Average, Min, Max of each skill type and compare with league average, league min, max... I´d like to get a better understandig of my teams weeknesses and strenghts with this list. first prototyp is running (output in Excel as flat list at the moment) with interactive filter option for user (select League, select team, ...) within the notebook. Will share some screenshots when ready Next steps: a) add charts for better visualisation b) make solution executable without need of jupyter nb (perhaps we could combine it with AutoHotKey) c) add more elements to compare team/player performance between sprints of 5 games d) feel free to add something to wishlist ;-) |

update...
Implemented support for multiple leagues, and within each league various CSV to HTML box score reports are possible (Pre-season, Regular Season, and Playoffs etc.) Have also completed the handling overtime (regular season) and shoot outs. Last edited by daigle91; 01-30-2024 at 11:08 PM. |

I'd be happy if we can get an export to CSV capability for draft prospects and injury lists for multiplayer leagues. It would facilitate a smoother off-season. Devs are sitting on a gold mine if they can develop a more robust way to export data to better analyze, etc., it would be greatly appreciated.

ridiculous thread. UFB 25 years in and HTML reports are the norm with barely any in game reporting analysis. Not new metrics or measures available here

update... I would say the converter is now about 99% done.
Here is the final box score layout (I have tweaked several things, shuffled some others around. I added Turnovers (TO) and Total face-offs (FO) in the Game Stats box, and Goals Against Average (GAA) in the Goaltending Stats box, and converted a playoff game with double overtime to unveil OT data ... note, OT shots are not stored on a period by period basis, but as an overall combined sum (if more than 1 OT, which I only display in the final OT period). Just want to give credit to landru22 for a great html box score design ...
https://forums.ootpdevelopments.com/...d.php?t=323839 from which the basic framework for my current version is modelled after. |
