Question

The hard drive went bad on my laptop that had all my OOTP editions (versions 13-23) and the keys. I have a new computer now and have downloaded all of them again (yes I play all the versions at various times for various reasons ) but still need the keys. Where and/or who do I talk to to get them?

There is a site to get the keys sent to you. I don't know how far back it goes as before FastSpring it was some other store. You can always email support too and see if they can verify you and look it up.

For the future save your emails. As long as your email account/host exists you can find your keys.

If you got the game via Steam, just reinstall Steam, no keys are required.

I tried the site and all they sent me was the key for the hockey version I had purchased so that was a no go. I will have to try to contact support next. Thanks for your help LansdowneSt!

I am going through emails now. Will see what I can find. I know that I saved receipts so hopefully there are keys also.

All of the versions were purchased straight through the website. I would rather they receive the full amount of proceeds.
