Steam Mods into game

How do I get a Steam workshop file (Complete Universe Facegen Pack 2.0 16Aug2023) to show up in my OOTP24 Game?

I have subscribed to the file within Steam, and have gone to my "Add-ons Central in OOTP" but nothing is showing up even after complete restarts of both.

Is there a significant time delay in processing? Is there a server fro Steam I should enter?

After you subscribe, go back to the Workshop (bottom of Start Screen) and Download and Install it. It's two steps. Subscribe and then the follow-on installation. Let us know how it goes.

To be honest it's easier to just download the file and unzip it in your FG folder...
