Why is this player still listed in team chemistry when he is out for the season?
I honestly don't know how much team chemistry plays into the overall performance of a team.
But if it does, why is Seth Romero, who is out for the season with a torn labrum still listed as unmotivated. I would imagine, if he is truly doesn't give a rip, he is not hanging out while he sits on the injured list and so I would consider him no longer part of "the team." |

I would assume because he still belongs to your "roster", he counts towards chemistry. MLB players will normally be in the team dugout even if they are on the injured list.
Also, the player personalities don't really have a specific effect other than helping or hindering the team chemistry. In theory, the player might not be in the clubhouse, but the game engine doesn't know that. Last edited by cre8tor936; 10-05-2023 at 09:51 PM. |

I fully agree that injured players are not in the clubhouse as often and their effect on chemistry should be reduced. That includes positive guys
