Is there a way to find the furthest home runs hit in a league?
As the the thread title indicates, is there a report or and export, I guess, of the furthest home runs hit by players in the league for that season? I figured it might be in the League Reports section, but I'm not seeing it.

Unfortunately, that stat is not kept. The only place I know to find it, other than during actual game play, is in the game log.

Dang, really? I thought w/the "Very High Detail" setting turned on in League Settings, it'd give us those numbers b/c that also activates the Spray Chart tracking. Ah well, I appreciate the answer, and I hope it's something the devs can put in as a future update/feature. Certainly not pressing, just something I like to see when I watch 3d Highlights

I think it *is* kept somewhere, you're right. That said, if it helps, HR length is 100% cosmetic. If you have high HR ratings in large parks (Coors Field for example), you'll see longer HRs hit in those parks. Otherwise, there *might* be some factor in there that causes guys with higher Power to hit longer HRs on average than guys with lower Power, and of course if you have 40 HRs in a season you've got twice as many chances to hit a 450 foot bomb than if you hit 20, but outside of that it's just a fun little stat I think.
