Portland Beavers in 2023 format

Doing an MLB expansion run and decided to make up some Portland Beavers uniforms based on their 2008-2010 design in 2023 style. 3 of the 4 are modern interpretations of their actual uniforms, and the 4th is a Spring Training alternate so there are enough uniforms to go around for the complex league teams.

Expos actually. But it's hard to beat low's set in that department. Not to mention the excellent Stars set that was just posted.
