special accents not showing up in last name jerseys

Accents over letters don't show up in the uniforms. Of course I know why but maybe you can code it so accents are stripped when converting to the jerseys names.

Seconding this one—I actually tried it with a test game and thought I saw an accentless "PEREZ" (or something like that), but I think I must've changed the player's name manually or something.

You’d have to add those characters, or at least the accents, to the jersey fonts (and if it’s the latter, that’s low key not easy to code). This should be in a future version, for sure…

Yeah, I figured this would be the result. The graphics part I could probably figure out now, but the coding would not be pleasant. Would love to see a future patch include that possibility.


(Still not sure how I managed that one "Perez." Maybe I erased the accent by mistake or something?)
