Crash to desktop when going to international amateurs screen.

I am the commissioner of an online league. We are currently using OOTP 23 but I have been testing our planned upgrade to OOTP 24. We don't currently use international amateurs in OOTP 23 (just established international free agents and international discoveries). We are planning on using the international amateurs system in OOTP 24.

No matter what I try the game crashes (closes immediately) when I go to the international amateurs screen in OOTP 24.

I have tried uninstalling / reinstalling.

I have tried turning on international amateurs in OOTP 23 before importing into 24. I have tried turning it on after.

I do the import into OOTP 24 immediately following the end of our current OOTP 23 season.

You might be on an older patch, as this was fixed in either the current public beta patch v60 or the last official release v52

I am on version 24.3, build 52. I tried a fresh import just now to test and it crashed upon going to the international amateurs screen.

Update: I opted into the public beta and I was able to go to the international amateur screen. Hopefully this has fixed the issue.
