Second Nationality

Is there a way to prevent these? I created a fictional league and I have hundreds of players with second nationalities. Draft pool is also loaded with same.

Can be edited for each country in the Nation Editor tab under the Explore World menu.

No more so than how the game currently creates an absurd amount of 2 way players when you have the option enabled. It's just unrealistic. Especially when I see a caucasian male named John Middleton from Venuzuela with a second nationality of Japan.

Should note - the 2 way player problem is apparently fixed in the upcoming patch.
