International Free Agents (not amateur)

So this is an issue that's been present in the last few versions which leads me to believe it's probably been difficult to diagnose exactly but...

When the offseason message comes up that declares certain international free agents will be available, as I hover my cursor over them to get a brief overview of their information, it shows that some of them (usually all of the good ones/worthwhile signings) are already signed with an MLB team by the time I receive the message, making the entire thing redundant!

It's incredibly frustrating and I'm sure I've been experiencing it since back in OOTP 20 maybe?

I'd love to see it resolved as yeah, it's just annoying.

This is from late in the development cycle so it may not have had a fix put in yet.

Do we know if it's even still on the radar?

Thanks Lukas, I know I've been experiencing it since OOTP22 at least.
