I would third the notion of wanting to see this, I'd like if you did go ahead with making a template I can add to my current save as well as your quickstart if you go ahead with this.

Well I created a template but using an existing league already with players, so the template as is will also create the same players for other users. I assume a template should be a blank slate so that the user can customize players as they see fit. I'll start over again, fresh. Are there any other details you want the USBL to be?

As far as I know, the league is based on 2 12-team divisions. Should it stay that way or does splitting the teams into 2 sub-leagues offer any advantage to this setup? There will be a playoff system as David Saline describes in his sportslogos.net posts (4 teams per division, first 2 rounds are 5 game series, the final is best of seven). How many games, what schedule format? Any suggestions for financials? Or is the idea creating the quickstart/template just to eliminate the work of setting up team names, logos, uniforms and parks so that all other settings can be left for users to change themselves to your liking? Any ideas are appreciated!

I can't speak to how it should be setup teams/division wise across the league but I'm a novice at any sort of customisation so I'd be happy to roll with whatever fictional players it generates.

that would be amazing. I use most of these unis (including the original USBL set) in my long term league. Love the Cleveland Crows.
