He has the money to buy his way out of problem (most likely) but when does he meets someone who stands up to him ? What does the NFL do now ? What does Cleveland do ?

I think it's only about the money. He wasn't criminally charged in the other cases. They were all about money. Is the 25th a criminal case, or another civil case?

This is not a new women, she was the lone holdout when he settled the other cases. The league won't do anything since this is not news to them since it happened in 2020. Just a money grab by this lawyer, it will be dismissed like the previous ones were.

No one has still answered my main question about this case: How did 20 plus women violated by the same man not find one police station, but found the same lawyer?

Besides what Leo The Lip said, what Watson did was more inappropriate than criminal. Even though some of the stuff he allegedly did could be seen as criminal, who's going to walk into a police station and say their client slapped them with their meat stick while getting a massage?

The ladies obviously rather have a monetary judgment.

I think if you're not willing to report things to the authority, then it ain't big enough of a deal to sue them. You're not seeking to discipline or punish, you're seeking to embarrass. I in no way, shape or form condone what Watson did. I think he should have been smart enough to know these are the consequences for being an addicted pervert so I don't feel sorry for him.

I do have problems w/the ranting of the sports media, the outrage by women's advocates, and the punishment from the NFL. Watson asked for sex from dozens of women & was ready to give them a gift afterward. Watson is a creep for it. Derek Jeter is a stud for it.

It could be a combination of factors, such as the type of women who work in the massage industry experience these types of unwanted overtures relatively frequently and generally shrug them off and/or are not of the overall circumstances where they'd feel comfortable (or that it'd be productive) to report them. So while they may feel very offended or otherwise upset about what happens, they do nothing. But when a lawyer comes along and gives them hope that they can actually get some sort of justice, why not go for it?
