PT Login Not Working

I have been trying my PT 23 login for the 24 PT but I am getting an Invalid Credential message. I have reset my password and nothing it working.

Any ideas?

I have the same problem, I'm using my PT23 login and it won't let me in or reset my password because it says my email doesn't exist.

Any help?

When you reset your password was it bringing you to the OOTP24 or the OOTP23 Challenge page? At first I wasn't able to login either, but then I updated the game, it brought me to the OOTP24 Challenge page and I was good to go from there.

It takes me to the 24 page but says I don't exist when I enter my email. I'm able to login into 23 with no problem.

There were certain accounts that had an error when importing. They should be fixed for launch, but if you can let us know your username, we can cross-reference to make sure.

For the beta, feel free to register under a different account to try it out. All data will be cleared at the end and started fresh anyways.

Chadwicks account was one of them that got not imported due to a bug.
Lrod4 on the other hand I do see in our DB.

I'm stuck on contacting servers. It's been trying for about 15 minutes now. Do I need to log out and back in?

@KnuckleCurve: I don't see an account named KnuckleCurve. All accounts from the beta were deleted and only the PT23 accounts were imported back. You can just register a new one.
