Thanks there's a few of us cancer survivors on here, I can't wait every year for the new version of OOTP to come out and its hard to believe we are at OOTP 24 already...I'm 72 and Eugene is a little older so he gives me incentive to keep playing. I still need to change the team names from <league> in advance of 24. Oh well! Because I set up that league incorrectly and didn’t notice my mistake until a couple of OOTP years ago, practically all the players are “gaijin” anyway…

Yep. For the 9th consecutive year I will be playing it at launch. One of the most addicting and frustrating games I have ever played. What a joy it is.

I already posted I pre-ordered but I have a severe problem (well many actually) but this is one I don't know how to fix. I finished my latest season on Sunday. I advanced one day and saved it. And now I get the shakes, as I see the OOTP icon on my desktop, I have visions of ratings going through my head, and I am sweating through shirts. I am in full-blown withdrawal. and I need help! I have resorted to watching the trailer on an endless loop.

The Historical Exhibitions might be a good way to try something different to pass the time for a one-pitch, every-game, kinda fellow in the time you got. You know, to keep the shakes at a minimum...
