How to change ethnicity %

--So I've noticed whenever I do a draft with fictional players from the US, almost none of them are Caucasian. I would like to fix this to make it a little more realistic. How do I go about doing so?

you will need to edit the world_default.xml file and find the area with the US, which is NATION id="206". This is a big file of text. On my edited file, the US is on line 84,361 in my text editor. You can edit the Second Nations here to which uses the Nations numbers. The ETHN_PCT uses etid numbers which at the beginning of the file. If you want more caucasians, you would want to change the ETHN_PCT for etid="0".

It's really the worst part of the names/ethnicities file in the game and I also make massive edits. In ootp23 this process is super annoying, but in older versions it's easier. Which are you using?
