Never received verification email

I never received the verification email for one of my teams and now it is saying it has been sent three times. Checked spam folders and found nothing, sent test emails from multiple email addresses and got them fine so does not appear to be an issue on that end. I even forwarded the verification email for my other team and that landed in my inbox - thought maybe ootp was blocked or something but that’s not the case. Any help or suggestions would be very much appreciated!

Seems to be a real issue. Got one for my first team without issue. Never received for other two.

If you never received the email during the server issues earlier, it's quite possible you can go back and try to re-register the team and that may work, as many teams were reset who ran into troubles with that.

On Discord, several users, including myself, noticed that the commonality in our email issue was using a Yahoo Mail account. GMail accounts work.

Yeah. Neither of my Yahoo accounts worked and I got an "Undeliverable Mail" message when I tried to send a message to support@ootpdevelopments.com.

Can confirm this was also a yahoo account that did not receive the email and my gmail account worked.

Same with me. Tried to re-register as suggested but it said email already in use. I am sure it will get worked out but it does seem to be an issue.

Also - my account that worked was AOL, and the accounts that didn't work were AOL. and office email.

This was after the server issues. Tried re-registering but said email is in use. Seems to be an issue with yahoo mail specifically not getting the emails.

Yahoo seems to be an issue as my Gmail name worked just fine for PT.

It's Yahoo. First team on Gmail no problem. two other teams on yahoo no email, no access.

Yep, same here. Gmail email worked fine, My second account had yahoo email. did not get delivered

I sent an email to "Support@ootpdevelopments.com" noting that I never received verification email. And, I received a "Mail delivery failed: returning message to sender."

This message was created automatically by mail delivery software.

A message that you sent could not be delivered to one or more of its
recipients. This is a permanent error. The following address(es) failed:

support@ootpdevelopments.zohodesk.eu
(ultimately generated from Support@ootpdevelopments.com)
host mx.zoho.eu [185.20.209.166]
SMTP error from remote mail server after end of data:
550 5.7.1 Email rejected per DMARC policy for yahoo.com

I am going to try to email "Support@ootpdevelopments.com" now from a different non-Yahoo email address. Wish me luck.

yeah, had the same with a yahoo email I used for one PT ID.... you can also go here: https://support.ootpdevelopments.com/ and open a ticket rather than by email

Another yahoo acct, never received verification email

Tried to submit support ticket from yahoo account, got a failed delivery email

Submitted ticket successfully from gmail acct

I have the same issues as those with Yahoo. I've had the same AOL address for 26 years and I'm not changing it. What is the work around?

Thanks for the heads up on this link since the email address bounces back from AOL as well.

Ticket submitted. Slightly perturbed that the technical support forum and sub forum don't provide this information but a fellow user has it.
