Can you change an email address associated with an OOTP login name? I left my employer 2 years ago and that was one of my email links.

I've had the team 3 years and this is the first time I've been asked to "authenticate" it when creating the team. I'm holding off on this one until I can change the email. Any help?

I find it odd you can't update this field in Challenge Mode settings but you can modify almost everything else.

That's life. What game has never went thru any problems, especially when working with a new partner? Get used to it. Plenty of AAA games who've been out for 10+ years still run into launch issues with new xpacs/patches.

Sure, no one wants a delay in the product, especially not OOTP, but it is what it is and we need to be patient. People can come on here and complain all they want, but it won't solve anything. You usually have to wait for a patch or two before bugs are worked out anyway. Instead of being disappointed the next time you buy OOTP, maybe wait until after launch to make sure the game is stable and working before you buy. I bought the game last week and I'm still waiting for all the fixes so I can play. I'll live.

I've gone in and opened my packs and logged out and back in, I have not received the Brooks Robinson card. I have all missions completed in PT22.

It should appear on your inactive roster if you completed the mission before the deadline on that account.

I'm getting an invalid credentials error when trying to login. Wondering if I've missed a required step somewhere?

I only use the login for challenge mode, and my account details are working on the challenge mode site (and I can see my stats from previous OOTP seasons).

Everything now works flawlessly on 2 of my 3 accounts, but the third one is still awaiting an e-mail validation link which hasn't arrived in a couple hours. I tried using forgot password to try and trigger it again, but that didn't work. Is there a massive backlog of validation e-mails yet to be sent out so that I should just wait, or do I need to take action to get that validation e-mail?

Server issues are starting to clear up. We're aware of a number of accounts that have had troubles getting set up and are investigating that now.

Update: Most issues should be resolved now. However, there are a number of users whose registration process did not work properly, no confirmation emails were sent. We are working on this now so these emails should show up shortly.
