That isn't really enough information for anyone to be able to help. Where did you purchase? Where are you downloading from? Did you get an error message?

Did OOTP 23 change the jersey naming conventions? It seems like if the normal map is named "jerseys_team_name_n.png" it'll use that as the normal map for EVERY jersey for that team, but if you include "_home," "_away," or any other designation then it'll correctly use that normal map only for that one jersey.

In the past, the game read "jerseys_team_name.png" as the home uniform and not "_home."

I’m in 2024 off season and no teams have any budget space. It’s impossible to make trades since no one can take on any salary. I stopped playing, so haven’t simmed ahead to see what teams will do in free agency since they apparently have no money to sign free agents.

Anyone else getting this?

I bought the game at their webstore.

I got the error message(won't download patch) right at the end of the download(which took forever). It still did download the game.

I didn't check the version # so I will do that when I start playing today.

On the latest beta, I'm getting no personnel assigned for a 1903 historical start. I screen shotted an example for one team, but I checked all teams and there are none assigned. FYI this is the macOS version, latest 2021 M1 ARM MacBook Pro. Thanks!

OOTP 23, at least to me, seems like a miss.

Came out late, some items still need work, loss of functionality.

Don't get me wrong. I would love to enjoy this game, I really would. But i have a Mac. The Facegen is all wrong, the in-game screens, when you try to move/adjust the layout of the field positions, goes bat crap. It's been doing that for multiple seasons now. I did submit a ticket with OOTP 22 that went unanswered and pretty much unresponded. I take that back, i did get a response like a month or so later with something to the effect of "oh is that still happening with you"

Other than that....

I understand they will close May 8th
Will we still be able to open and buy packs in our account after that date or do all packs need to be bought and opened before May 8th.

Same here (MacBook Air M1). The card art in PT looks pixelated (logos) but nothing that will keep me from playing.

I installed the patch but the AllStar game scheduling was not corrected. The All Star break is on the correct dates, but the game and it's events don't occur until the last week of July. I'm using the Mac version.

This should be fixed in the patch, but if this is an old game that was started before the patch, the fix is probably not retroactive. So you'd need to start a new game to see it.

Are there fictional personnel available to be signed by the teams? You might need to generate a bunch of fictional coaches to flesh things out a bit.

Yes there are fictional personnel available, but the actual correct personnel are available just not assigned to the correct teams. For example, Clark Griffith is an available person, but just not assigned to the New York Highlanders when I start the game. The same goes for each manager on the rest of the MLB teams.

I manually assigned each manager to the correct teams, but just wanted to make you guys aware in case other people are seeing this.
