Also don’t take the antiquated message board stuff personally… I know this is a comfort zone for the OG OOTP players. All I’m saying is don’t write off an entire segment of people just because they choose a different place to communicate.

I disagree. In my experience in the PT community most of them don't act like entitled children and throw a temper tantrum because they have to wait a week to play. I'm disappointed sure and would like it day one but not enough to act like a spoiled brat. Especially that it is only a week. These guys are acting like it is being removed from the game forever.

This type of response does not help anything and is childish in itself. The game will be finished when it is finished, and we all know that the team is working on it. People have a right to be disappointed, but they need to remain constructive in their criticism. No reason to stoke the fire either way.

I just read all these posts from Lathum and saldana, behaving like 9-year olds not getting the toy they want.

Sure, we all are frustrated about the delay and nobody more than Markus and his team, but sh** happens.

You're entitled to complain, you have every right to be upset, we all are
But if that delay is ruining your week-end, take take my advice: Get a real life.

I would have preferred to be playing over the week-end, too, but if that's not possible I have plenty to do in my real life instead of hassling Markus and the development team.
They've been working their butts off for months on this new version, and now something unexpected popped up and you guys are going nuts.

If that delay is the worst problem you have in your life you should feel very very blessed

Same here. I've been part of the OOTP community for almost 20 years, been playing OOTP since 2003. As an "old timer" I stick to the OOTP community boards. I don't go to Discord, Reddit or any other boards/forums.

The boards here suit my needs just fine. 👍
