Starting a fictional league and get to the rules tab and it crashes. Solution please?

Can you let us know the settings of the league you've started here and how you set it up? Basically, just enough info to allow us to do the same thing you did and to recreate the crash ourselves. Thanks!

(turning on trace logging and sending that file might help Lukas and co as well)

Just tried it again and got to the adding feeder leagues. Evidently multiple high school and college (2 each) w 1 junion college is the culprit. Hit rules and it crashed. Got to rules up to the point. So I guess the question is:
You can't put more then one feeder league in.
