In a situation like this this, if you try and explain the issue, there is a contingent of folks that will start the criticisms, and if you try and further explain the criticisms start stacking up.


It's sometimes much better to simply wait until you can release it, apologize, and the customers will be so busy examining the new item they won't take the time to complain.

And on all the software releases I was involved with over 35 years there were always smoe people standing around asking "where is it?" Fortunately Markus and company are busy working and not reading this forum, so no harm done.

At this point it would be good customer service for someone at OOTP to give us a short update on the delay and apologize. They should know how excited we all are or the release.

I'm hoping to be able to play with my Mac after seeing this as a bug:
- Game crashes on Mac when trying to change the screen resolution

Everyone just needs to chill. I'm sure the links will be up when they are ready to put them up. Besides, it's just a beta, it's not even the official release. No need for them to apologize for anything lol ..

Obviously they will be up when they're ready. I seriously doubt they just forgot and went out for a few cold ones.

Telling people to chill accomplishes nothing. People are excited. That's a good think.
