Is your access to the beta version a few days in advance contingent on when you pre-ordered it or is it just anyone who orders it prior to April 22nd? I ordered mine a few days ago and just want to make sure I'll have the Beta access.

The latter. You will get the access no matter when you specifically pre-ordered.

Did my duty earlier today and pre-ordered. Still amazing how much of a value this game is on a $$$ per hour played basis.

I'm not feeling into PT as much after a couple of years pretty heavily into playing that mode--but, on the other hand, I am in more online leagues than ever before. That's one of the beautiful things about this game--there are just so many ways to approach it. It's the ultimate baseball-themed sandbox for us to make our various sand castles in.

I would also say that, in all my time playing different versions of OOTP, Markus and his crew have yet to disappoint (no pressure!), and I am happy to chip in my meager support to fuel their work each year.

I got into OOTP when the game was part of XBox Game Pass a year or two ago. Now I absolutely love this game, especially PT. I wish I'd discovered it decades ago. (I'm determined to eventually make a Diamond league and not lose so badly it looks like I'm the 1988 Baltimore Orioles.)

I'm so thankful that you decided to create your own game 25 years ago and have continued to try to make each year's version even better than the last.

Can you use a fast spring copy on two computers? Tempted to grab a last second pre-order but I need to be able to play on my desktop and laptop.

Yes, at least as of last version. Each license works on up to 2 devices.

I believe it can also be one-folder installed on an external drive which can then be brought from device to device.

Based on what was said elsewhere, it's *possible* you don't get an email link to the beta, but anyone who orders and has their code can download the game from the link that will be posted in the forum and then activate it with your code from there.
