I think it might be realistic to see a re-work of the international signing process, and perhaps some modifications to spring training such as cactus and grapefruit leagues, ballparks, schedules etc…maybe even some coaching changes, where pitchers can develop pitches etc

I am also going to predict realistic bullpen warmups for the AI…or at least a step in that direction.

Same. I honestly don't care if the lockout ever ends while I am very curious about when OOTP will be released and other details related to that.

I've become interested in historical leagues, and it would be nice to see teams sell players to other teams. For 3D play, additional ballparks, including historical fields. Imagine the Polo Grounds!

For Modern and Fictional, a revamped financial system. Finances have been more-or-less the same since version 3, save for a few changes here-and-there. It would be nice to be able to control pricing for concessions, food, jerseys, etc. Popular players would have the highest jersey sales and, in-turn, contribute to profits both at the ballpark and within concessions. Think Madden owner mode from the mid-2000s. While OOTP is far deeper than the experience provided within Madden, finances could always be improved within OOTP.

Additional coaches ala NBA 2K22, particularly within the Front Office, and have it contribute in some fashion. Scouting Directors have a hoard of scouts that have focuses on certain areas and types of players, and the AI scouting directors control where these scouts go. Trickle-down scouting. You inform the Scouting Director what the focus is. One scout may focus on Latin American leagues, whereas another scout's focus could be on regional players with potential, etc.

FWIW fans have made models for I think every single stadium that's seen significant time in the major leagues going back to the turn of the 20th century. I've definitely played games with the Polo Grounds and currently am running a league with Shibe/Connie Mack Stadium and Forbes Field and, until this season, Crosley Field in Cincinnati. There are some clipping issues and some of the backgrounds are a bit wonky (Braves Field in Boston has this 100 foot long car!) and in that respect it'd be cool to have official versions, but at that...

1. That *would* be a bunch of additional work the 3D team would need to do and TBH I'd much rather they use that time coming up with additional animations for the players, and

2. I imagine that for stadia in the recent past there are licensing issues. Even where there aren't those issues per se there are a few little Easter eggs that I'm not sure they can / want to add in like the Buck Printing sign that hung over right field in Fenway Park until I think the 80s or the Chesterfield ads on the wall in Ebbets Field.

This is exactly what my historical replay needs. I need to find these models!

I agree with you 100%. I hope they focus on the financial system, along with other aspects of owning and/or GM'ing a team.

For the main game graphics, I want editable/moddable pants files like what we have right now for jerseys and pants. Also, editable number colors/fonts that show on the player page and *possibly* on the in-game uniforms too.

For the main game gameplay, I want major enhancements to the GM portion of the game. It's a great baseball sim, but a decent GM sim. I think the game would be just fine with minimal improvements to the baseball sim side for a couple years.

For perfect team... I couldn't care less. Have never touched it and probably never will.
