No problem... I know you are not being critical... you are too nice of a person to criticize, even if I deserve to be criticized, you wouldn't do it. My reason was to just to freshen things up a little bit... High Mesa was originally the Cowboys... one of my favorite country singers is Buck Owens... he had a good band called the Buckaroos... so in a sense, it is my small way to honor what Buck and his band did for me... they have given me years and years of joy and entertainment. When No Pepper offered to help me, he said he would rework 10 teams... so I looked at all of my team graphics and found 10 that could use some updating. |

The High Mesa Cowboys and the Fairfax Frogs are done better than even I could have imagined.
No Pepper, you are a master craftsman and designer. Brilliantly and beautifully done. Thank you. Last edited by Eugene Church; 01-09-2022 at 05:01 PM. |

I love how the Frogs jersey logo is just like the St Louis Cardinals, just with Frogs on the bat!
Will the Buckaroos and Frogs sets be available for download soon? |

He really did some excellent work on these... yep, I love the Frogs on the bat ala the St. Louis Cardinals... I think the Cardinals on the bat are one of the best all-time great logos. |

Buck Owens is backed up by the Buckaroos... Don Rich played the excellent lead guitar on the song and sang some really fine harmony with Buck. Buck also wrote two great classics... Together Again and Crying Time... he had number one hits with them... Emmylou Harris and Ray Charles also had hits with them, too. Last edited by Eugene Church; 01-10-2022 at 12:10 AM. |

Ringo is not as good as Buck, but it ain't bad... it is tolerable in my opinion... you know, I was a DJ for 32 years... I always had a good ear... did a darn good job of picking hits for the stations I worked for.
It is a well-written song... very well composed... catchy lyrics and good melody... Buck Owens was a very gifted songwriter. And now, for all y'all buckaroos and little darlin's, too... here Ringo and the Beatles pickin' and grinnin' for all y'all. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yjJd8rZPcAQ I do believe Don Rich picks better than George Harrison on the guitar solo... Buck and Don harmonize much better than the Beatles on this song... just my opinion. Last edited by Eugene Church; 01-09-2022 at 09:28 PM. |

If you want to hear Paul McCartney sing a country song... check out Sally G recorded in Nashville with all the great country pickers and Nashville Cats.
Of course, McCartney wrote it... and this is a very catchy song... I love the line where he says the "G" in Sally G wasn't for "good". Here 'tis, courtesy of your peapickin' buddy, EC. https://www.bing.com/videos/search?q...8264&FORM=VIRE Last edited by Eugene Church; 01-09-2022 at 09:35 PM. |

Rocky Rapids Snappers decided to revive a throwback to the early 70's...

Fine job, No Pepper... thank you for doing this for us.
You can just post each team in this thread... both jg2977 and I will download them from here. Last edited by Eugene Church; 01-15-2022 at 10:23 AM. |

No Pepper, how do we download the graphics?
When I try to save them to my computer, it saves all of them in the preview file... Is there a way to download the Primary Logo, Secondary Logo, Jerseys and Caps separately, so I can load them into the game? |

Eugene, I'm just posting previews for now until you (and I) are okay with the version posted. There may be an edit or two or a different idea I'm working with. This isn't rocket science and the designs are all rather simplistic but I'm learning some "new" software so there's a bit of a gettin' used to. I'll post the above teams' kits here later tonight.

Since jg2977 really likes the Retro style on the Rocky Rapids Snappers... do one set for him. However, I would prefer another set for me. If it is an easy fix, do the Rocky Rapids Snappers in a more traditional style... the Retro is not really my style... I'm pretty traditional as you can see from the previews I posted earlier. Hope it is OK with you to make minor changes... I do not want to offend you with my pickiness. I will be happy with whatever you decide. Last edited by Eugene Church; 01-12-2022 at 05:15 PM. |

Buckaroos. Cap serves as both home and away.

Love the High Mesa Buckaroos and the Fairfax Frogs... all the logos will really show up well on the black skin background... great contrast.
Both sets are outstanding in all respects... far better than I expected. The horseshoe on the High Mesa cap is a very creative touch... the frogs on the bats are super, too. Very well done, No Pepper. Last edited by Eugene Church; 01-13-2022 at 12:53 PM. |

The Rocky Rapids turtle image is really special... I just noticed the back-to-back R's in the mascot image... very creative.
