Make Preseason Predictions option a League Setting, rather than Global

At the moment, Preseason Predictions can be generated Automatically (on opening day) or On Demand (when you visit the preseason prediction page itself, provided you do it before game 1 is played), as a global setting.

When I play, I play with MLB, ***, KBO, CPBL, and the Mexican & Cuban leagues turned on... But I don't care about the predictions for any league other than my own. As it is, I either have to generate preseason predictions 5 unnecessary times, or risk forgetting about generating it for MLB.

It would be much nicer if we could choose Automatic/On Demand generation for each league individually. That way, I could have MLB set to Automatic, so I never forget to generate the predictions, but all the international leagues set to On Demand, so I can generate them if I want, and not waste time generating them if I don't. They take a decent amount of time to generate on my old PC, and cutting that out would be handy.

The time being spent isn’t in “generating preseason predictions”, it’s in auto-calculating the league totals modifiers. The game just takes that info and hands it to you for the preseason stuff too. If you turn off auto recalc you probably shouldn’t see that (the stats might slowly become less and less realistic as well but such is the price that you pay).
