Can I please ask that you go through the following instructions to send us the sysdiagnose from your device?
1. Reproduce the issue by restarting your device, then completely redownloading the app, then opening it. Important: Note the date and time you start downloading and then the time you open it and it crashes. Please send us this time (including hour and minute). 2. Trigger a sysdiagnose by simultaneously pressing and releasing both volume buttons + the Side (or Top) button for 1 to 1.5 seconds. Notes: - A screenshot will also be taken when the buttons are pressed and released. - The sysdiagnose is triggered upon button release. - On an iPhone you will feel a short vibration when a sysdiagnose is successfully triggered. (The vibration will not occur on an iPad). 3. Wait 10 minutes for the diagnostic gathering to complete. 4. Sync device with your host computer or AirDrop the file to your Mac computer or download it any way you can. 5. Attach the file listed at the path below under Log Location to this thread. Notes: - It’s very important to note the date and time you reproduced the issue in your report. This information will help the engineering team pinpoint the issue in the log file. - If applicable, please provide the name(s) of the affected app(s) in the report. - Trigger the sysdiagnose as soon as possible after the problem occurs, even if the logs can’t be synced until later. Log Location Go to: Settings.app > Privacy > Analytics > Analytics Data > Locate the sysdiagnose file, then download and attach it to this thread any way you can. One way is to AirDrop it to your Mac. To do this... Scroll down, if necessary, to the point where you see the sysdiagnose with today's date, tap on that file and then tap the box with an arrow in it at the top right. Then choose the Mac device to send it to from the list of devices that appear in the AirDrop area. Once the transfer is complete (this may take several minutes), the file will be located in the /Users/[Your Username]/Downloads folder. The name will be similar to this: “sysdiagnose_YYYY.MM.DD_HH-MM-SS-XX…" Last edited by Will Beh; 07-07-2021 at 11:41 PM. |

Ok, so first off, thank you so much to everyone that sent me their sysdiagnose!
It helped us figure out the reason it was closing down after starting. Now the tricky part is figuring out why. We have a few ideas, so we'll be making some changes and rolling them out with the app updates. So, hopefully one of them solves it. |

As soon as possible, we're just trying to get some other issues resolved before we put out the update.
We made some changes we think will fix the issue (we hope it does), but if not we'll have to keep putting out changes in every patch until one works. An issue like this is tricky, since the simulators don't reproduce the issue, but now that we know the reason it's happening, it is really just a matter of time before it's fixed

Ok patch today contains my first attempt. Please let me know if it helped
Unfortunately since I can't reproduce on the simulator, if this does not work, I'll have to make educated changes and release them with the next patch, and then get your guys' feedback on it. |

For people having this issue, in the "Files" app on your device, if you go into "On My iPhone" do you see a folder called "OOTP Go!"?
