"Our League" Season 4--Who Wants To Play Our Way?

All OL WS going on in Bronze. The Mundy's who bounced my Warriors in a sweep are locked at a game a piece with the Mad Brewers so the OL will see some hardware. Good luck to both.

Both of my teams are ready for next week. No roster changes, friends lists good to go.

Seriously thinking of expanding on the Sugar Hill theme or abandoning it all together. Even some of the marginal upgrades within the theme are overpriced since they are connected to missions.

Did some poking around for Coney Island and almost broke my self imposed no special edition cards on the roster rule but stuck to my guns and decided to keep my points in pocket. I am wasting a roster spot on Mickey Rivers who is just acting as a DH, giving me three primary CF on the roster. The random numbers worked in the Warriors favor this week, cant wait to see what happens moving up a level.

Annandale wins the Silver league championship 4 games to 3. The team has really surprised me in how well they've played this year. See you all in gold next season!

Yeah. I'm playing out the 55 year history prior to Season 56 in the book with all the characters Robert Coover created. I previously had built a spreadsheet placing each player he mentioned in a specific year that made sense per his story-line - so once it's done, I'll have a 55 year almanac to play Season 56 with Damon Rutherford and Jock Casey.

but we did win two of the bronze B07s right after. This came up in the 20 packs from those. Will be tossing him up on AH at L10 if anyone is interested, as he doesn't fit the theme (which I am probably going to have to give up on to compete any further.

If we are diligent, we should have another week of seven crowns.

The good news is everyone made it. However the bad news Gettysburg is alone in the NC.

A compact set up in S291, which will mean a pretty good number of OL games for each team, but similar to the NHL this year in terms of variety.


I checked the rest and we did well, with only Jackson, whom we dropped and haven't heard from and Gem City, whom we need to hear from or they will be considered disinterested. I suspect neither of those teams has maintained a friends list.



As I said, though, everyone else seems to be on board and we will have at least four in all seven levels! Great job, folks! I will update the spreadsheet after work today. Speaking of which...

OK, so it looks like DLL are OL's new chums .

Unfortunately, Nowhere are in the middle of nowhere... Alone in the NC and only 6 games against Texarcana, plus a brutal schedule. Sorry, man.

Don't be fooled by all the teams without the DLL tag!

There are 4 OL teams in Gold--2 in each conference. Waffletown Syrups and Cary Southpaws are in the AC but only play each other 7 times. Annandale Atom Smashers and Helthwyzer Crakes are in the NC and play each other 19 times (I hope Crakes win a few!).

I do not remember the rules exactly but does that mean there will not be a title (only 2 teams playing more than 10 OL games)?

I will report a few times during the week even if there is no title on the line. Good luck to the Gold diggers!

at minimum it will be a two-team fight for the crown as the Atom Smashers and Crakes will both have more than 10 games played... hopefully once the schedule updates either Cary or Waffletown have their interleague games with the NC East to get enough to qualify as well.... at least one will come up short though at best.

sheet updated... it will be this coming Sunday I won't be around to update the final standings/crown winners/etc. and next Monday to update the pro/rel changes.... will be back by the following Saturday so can take care of all that sometime on that Sat/Sun
