"Our League" Season 4--Who Wants To Play Our Way?

Annandale sweeps the first series with Boulder to take the early lead. No OL games yet for Algoma or Waffletown,

(Personal side note: West Burlington has only won 6 games. West Burlington has only played 6 OL games. Four wins have come in OL play. West Burlington obviously needs more OL games.)

So, that three-game series between the Southpaws and Nowhere Men were the only OL games in the first month, though there will be more today. Unfortunately, the Perfectos do not have ANY OL games this season, so of course they will not be eligible for the crown. All of the three other teams do have more than ten games total though.

After month one:

Cary Southpaws: 3-0
Lemp Ave. Perfectos: 0-0
HeighthWyzer Crakes: 0-0
Nowhere Men: 0-3

Boomerangs had been neglected for a week or so. Last night opened a few packs and took a look at missions was finally able to finish up the Live missions for a reasonable price, so their line up has had some standard upgrades (Cy Young, Trammell, et al). Should help them for a little while.

Labrats dropped down to Rookie, as they work on their Reds theme. Almost have the full active roster Reds compliant. Kicked some serious butt at the start of this season, will see if it can continue.

I think it's pretty cool that the DLL folks play in a league amongst themselves. It's maybe not so cool for OL teams to get paired with them . I wonder if it will be a theme going forward?

I'm sure this must be the toughest league in the game right now.

By the way, this goes for anyone. If you have a logo you want to use and you haven't posted it on the forum, please do. I have developed a generic logo, but prefer to have league members get their choice.

nope. I love the pic you made, just couldn't get it to stick. nothing has until last week during the series.

disheartening because I thought a logo had finally stuck. the new one shows up on mine, apparently not on anyone else's screen.

Unless I have a bit of luck with packs today, I don't fancy Paxville's chances of clinging on. Up and down with Paper St. all season, and the Reds are on a scary run... It's been a really good 3-way tussle!

I also jumped on & finished all the bronze/silver missions before they went crazy (no spec, just early) & the pack reward kept me moving along. that first or second night of BAL rewarded me with the most packs I probably ever had at once (40+).

Held all my historical diamonds in case they played a role (luckily a few did) & then sold the ones not being used or part of a BAL I'm not interested in. the prices are kinda stupid right now.

I don't plan on completing any more unless I fill 2/3rds the mission with lucky pulls or find a deal I can't pass up (kinda burned out at the moment).

for the most part, I am with you. I still can't fathom the players with six figure PP totals & how they get there so quick while still loading their team. it seems almost impossible (I don't take part in all the spec stuff though).

Yeah, unfortunately I got a late start, paying the price now. I did get a couple of lucky Diamond pulls that could net me around 85K PP, but when it comes to cards i'm a hoarder and it is hard to let them go.

I think the DLL stands for Diamond League Legends. They're some of the most serious players of PT, who like to pit their cutting edge teams against each other.
