The broader appeal has been lost on me and I'm sure others. Today is my last day of PT. It's gotten old to me playing teams where Sandy Koufax and other HOFers are being used strictly in relief roles because pitching roster is stacked and teams ae winning 120-140 games a year regularly. And playig teams where none of the infielders are playing the position they played thier entire career because they train-up been better defenders elsewhere. for instance Jeff Bagwell IRL never played 2nd base, shortstop or 3rd base for one out in MLB but those position train up better than his 1st base defense. So many things are allowed in PT that in makes the rule changes proposed by MLB seems great (IMO only allowing 2 pickoff throws to a base, making bases bigger, getting rid of the shift are dumb) I mostly enjoyed PT but it's ran it's course with me. Remember, everyone has different opinions on PT, so if you like play it. I'm going back to franchising in OOTP. I sorely miss it.
Good Luck to everyone with the new version coming out Tuesday. I CAN'T WAIT, I'M SO EXCITED. I LOVE OOTP. Don't get any better
