Some new items for the Halifax Sailors. Have not yet made the matching caps, however, just so you all know this. They may not be of very good quality, compared to what others have made for various teams, obviously, but this is still my current take on them, with a slightly recolored logo from knuckler included here, and an alternate that incorporates the said recolored logo on it. The recolored logo in two sizes should be in the next post. Please feel free to comment as you like within reason and all, of course, folks, if you like, on these uniforms and the recolored logo. All of my free agents are American... only allow 1 foreigner per team.

I only use the reserve roster with no minors.

Most of the IPA towns are just American... maybe 10 of them have some ethnic population... usually less than 50%... usually just a small percentage... as time goes by the ethnicity percentage has dropped.

For example, Chicopee is Native Americans... but they only have 5-6 on the team at any one time... Luxora, San Dimas, Volusia, Arroyo Grande and San Alejo have Hispanic players, but never the majority of the roster... one-third at most... some have a Portuguese heritage, some Spanish heritage... San Alejo is Mexican (25%).

Valmara is Polish (50% of the roster)... Valka is Estonian (50%)... Ancona is Greek (25%)... Glasco is Scottish (50%)... Kilkenny is Irish (50%)... Far Mountain is German (25%)... Tuckanarra and Wynnamac are Australian (50%) with a few Aborigines... Belle Plaine is French (50%)... Bayview is Scandanavian (25%)... Claxton is Dutch (25%)... Cape Coral is Dutch (25%)... Summerland has some Dutch settlers (10%)... Ginza is Japanese with 33% of the roster... Belair Beach is Portuguese (10%)... and Taranto is Italian (50%).

It would be a lot of work, but you could read the town histories and get some idea of the ethnic mix... Begin with page one.... all 64 teams' town histories should be there.

Thank you. So you didn't create Ruthlandia and/or Tycobbia as separate nations, in-game, I presume. Okay, then I'll have to create them, in that case, it seems. If you want, I can try and create a flag or two, at least, for either or both of those nations. I would likely need images to work with in order to do so, I think. Do you have any images you might want Ruthlandia and Tycobbia perhaps represented by, and preferred national colors for them? No, I never have let the game create nations... that would probably be the easiest way to get ethnic groups in the game... if the AI does it well enough... I have found that it does not even abide by the percentages I put in the game... I get far too many non-Americans in my leagues... and far too many minorities... also it creates too many East Indian facial types, which I have to correct.

The game doesn't create nations besides the standard ones by default. If players want other nations in their games, they have to create them themselves, with cities and the like for each such nation. Either in-game or with the world.dat file, I believe. I am going to have to do that with this quickstart I've begun working on, in fact, for I'll be including three Slaabovian leagues, at least, as part of it, if not also leagues and/or teams from other fictional nations of mine. I will certainly need help with logos, at least, if not caps and/or uniforms, as well.

By the time I'm done with work on this quickstart I've been working on, depending on how much is in it, or how long it takes to prepare it, or if other things occupy my time enough in the meantime, it could be my birthday, or sometime after it, of course. Just not sure yet, for obvious reasons. But I still want to put a lot of my items in it, if I can, or a lot of things I've collected over the years from various places all over the Net, including NationStates.net, for instance, most definitely.

Here are some new caps that I just made for the Bouyane Heralds, to go along with the uniforms already made and posted in at least one thread, if not more than one. Hopefully they look reasonably good in tandem with them, of course. I'm also reposting the team's current uniforms, so that if anyone wants to try and come up with some good logos for this team, they'll be able to see what they'll have to work with, colors-wise and all.

You all should know my general preferences for logos, but if you decide to do logos for the Heralds, please feel free to design them as you wish, preferably with these colors, if possible. The used font in question is Poetsen One, with bold text used, but you are not restricted to that font in any potential logo designs, of course, that you may make for this team, folks. Thanks in advance to anyone who is ready, willing, and able to make logos for this team. This team will be part of the quickstart I am in the process of making, and the current timeframe that I have in mind for this team is the first quarter to third of the 20th Century, just so you know. If you can make the logos reflect that timeframe, I'd be very appreciative, for sure. That is all. CD out.

CD, I don't think you are going to get much help here in this thread... you have too many requests to be filled.

You would have a much better chance of getting help if you would post each request one at a time in its own thread... if you just post one request, someone might do it for you, but they are not likely to do 15-20 requests.

I got in trouble by flooding the forums with too many new requests-related threads in a short period of time, remember? I'm not going to do that again, for obvious reasons. And the list above is mainly a list to help me focus on teams that I need to work on as best as I can and all, at the present time. Whether that means I try to do logos for them myself or whether others do, the list is there to help me try to remain focused on what I'm working on in terms of team-related things, at least, basically. I've also been creating my own graphics, for the most part here, as well, for sure, when and how I can and all.

Meanwhile, I'll see how much I can do for myself here, even if it does include rough-looking logos, et cetera, somehow, when and where I can. It may not be easy, of course, but you know that it often takes people a great deal of effort to do certain things at first, if they don't have much, if any, experience in doing them, in their lives, either in the real world or in cyberspace.

It took me at least a little while to get the hang of designing in Kaneva to at least some decent degree, in truth, and of building, to at least some degree. Especially when things often changed as far as building abilities and all. While many of my items were probably not what most likely bought and wore or used in their builds, I think, I did have a certain following, if memory serves, among other Kanevans I knew of well enough.

I'd love to be able to show at least some of my Kaneva-related pictures to people here, but I don't know if it would be a good idea here. Especially if a number of them included chat windows in them, for sure. Plus, I don't know just how well things that were seen there could be potentially created here in similar enough manners to how they were there, for instance. Different 3D mechanics or looks, et cetera, might make it hard to create similarly-looking graphics and items for use with OOTP-related things, I think.

All in all, I do have some artistic skills and experience, but they're still not quite as good as what many here seem to have, in my honest and humble opinion here, Eugene. However, I do have other skills and experiences that I have and can share with others here, for sure, which our Lord has graciously provided me with, to use as best as possible, in my life as His humble servant, and all, you know.

CD, you can post a single thread requesting a team logo, jerseys and caps on the Forum without bothering or offending anyone.

Just post one and see how long it takes to get it done.

If someone does it for you, then post a second one... if they do the second then continue the process until you get them all done.

I don't think you would be a problem at all... plus I think people know your situation now much better and have a better understanding of it.

Some of the people who were upset by you have had a change of heart and helped you recently... that's a good sign.

Try just getting logos done that you need... but request them one at a time and space them out a week apart... you can do jerseys and caps for yourself... you have that skill... you should be able to do logos, too.

What I find hard to understand is how you can do jerseys, but can't make logos... both are very similar in process and learning curves... even I can do logos better than jerseys.

I'll think about it. However, the more I can do, the more likely others might be willing to help me, I think. Especially seeing as my birthday is now 37 days away. I don't know if I'll be able to make all the necessary items by then, especially if I do some writing and other things, but I'll still see what I can do, with the Lord's help and all, just the same.

I'd like to finish the Arizona League setup for koohead, but I don't know how long that will take, as well. Also, several other people haven't yet commented, or at least not lately, on some of the work I've tried doing for them recently, including kq76. I hope they're all okay, of course, but that's not something I can exactly control here and all, you know.

I've been working on graphics when I can find the time between my Bible reading and study, helping my elderly parents around the house as I can, and writing, among other things, for sure. I can't seem to get the hang of Pickoff yet, for some reason or reasons not yet known to me. Every time I try, I can't seem to get things to look like I might want them to look, unfortunately. Maybe it's the nature of the templates, or something, that the program has for it. I really don't know why I'm having trouble getting the hang of it, to be honest.

Well, if they've had changes of heart and minds in regards to me, I can honestly say it's most likely because God has been helping me out here with how I post and all, and also because He's clearly working on their hearts and minds, as far as I can tell, and not through my own efforts to get them to perhaps change their hearts and minds about me. Now, of course, I'm far from perfect myself, but I am certainly trying to live in a way that pleases God, and in such a way as to live in peace with all other humans, as referenced by the verses in my signature here. It isn't always easy, for sure. But I still try, in any case, every single day I'm allowed to live in this world of His.

And I hope to actually be able to knock out more of the needed items for my various dynasties and potential quickstarts myself, if at all possible, when possible, no matter how long it may take to do so, for sure, somehow.
