Perfect League setup for 2048. AC Central rundown:
Warbirds won for the 3rd time last season.
High Desert was also in the playoffs.
New Hampshire is a PL first timer like me.
Cleveland was in PL for a season 15 seasons ago.

What happens with the live cards you have, let's say 2020 Live cards, after the season is over and they are no longer live? Do they become 'regular' cards and, if so, what stats do they have or do they just disappear?

Live cards won't change anymore, so their ratings/etc will remain static from here on out.

The Tabby Cats are mad they missed promotion and are roaring out of the gate at a 14-6 clip. Will they ever make it into an OL race before everyone but me moves to OOTP 22? Stay tuned, LOL!

Bevo Mill got off to a quick start as every team got into the action on the first day of sims. My perusal of the schedules showed that every team will get at least 20 or so games, so hopefully this will mean a wide and spirited chase for the crown.

for this version of the game, they will always be considered Live (at least my 2 cents) for OL play.... if the same card shows up in v22 as "Anthony Rendon 2020", then it would be historical

yeah, I pulled a perfect Live Edwin Diaz last night.... figured since I can't use him on the roster, might as well use the 20K points and put him up for auction with the 'sell for 20K if not sold' box checked off....

Just posting the overall standings for now. Vlora and Daytona Beach have played the only OL games so far, with the Tortugas gaining a 4-3 advantage. Chicago gets its OL season underway late in today's sim, while Iron Maiden joins the fray late tomorrow.

All four teams will play enough games to compete for the OL St139 title.

OL B272 will be a two-team race for the title, as neither Death Valley nor Transylvania will end up with enough OL games. This won't be updated daily this week (unless someone else jumps in), as there aren't enough games to justify the effort.

and thanks to the boost to the war chest from the Edwin Diaz sale, Waffletown was able to bring aboard Roberto Clemente (FOTF version).... little sketchy on the eye/avoid k, but willing to deal with that for his solid ratings elsewhere

Some news from out in the wild. Jefferson Valley is sitting at 30-24 three games back of the division leader and one game off the wildcard. Since I feel I have had enough of playing tournaments I have been selling off all the cards that will never be placed on the Rebels active roster and upgraded the team where I can. Once its all sold and reinvested any PP gained will be used to buy to packs.

Hopefully the Rebels will be back in OL action next week. I will check in on Sunday and let you know which level JV will be playing in next week.

Clemente FOTF was the first card I bought for the Rebels prior to me selling off cards. You are right about sketchy-he is on pace to strikeout 160 times this season.
