OOTPXX: Big World + QS with European Cup

This will be based on the Quickstart from the next version, as it will be integrated into it.

I will post the three versions I will release, along with one template.

1. The first release is just the standard Quickstart with Belgium added into the game. This will also feature the Champions Cup of Europe, the European Championship, the WBSC Premier12, and the Olympics.
2. The second is the same as the first but the European Leagues play more than two games a weekend. These leagues will play four-game series, where it's not just a 20, 28, 30, or 36 game season.
3. The final one will feature the first option but will have fictional players from real foreign teams to emulate the Big World. The leagues featured will be: Austria, Scotland, Russia, and a few others.

The template will be released with a spreadsheet that will tell you which players are in the database (based on their Player IDs) and what teams they belong on, if you just want to add the Belgian League.

UPDATE 2: This is the BIG world. 29 International Leagues + European Cup, Champions Cup (modified), WBSC Premier12, Arizona Fall League, Miyazaki Phoenix League, Senior League, and the USPBL.

This includes everyone active playing for Belgium but DOES NOT include players already in the database. I will release the spreadsheet for that in the coming days.

This will be released after the next update/patch, most likely days after the release.

• Baseball League Austria (2018 setup)
• Baseball Eliteserien (Swedish League based off 2018 setup with two additional teams)
• National Baseball League (England; 2019 teams plus four additional teams. stadiums fictional).
• Russian Baseball Championship (20+ years of history featuring teams based upon 2018 real-life settings).
• Irish National Division A (All six first division clubs plus the four second division clubs that are not the farm team to D1 teams.)
• Scottish National League (10+ years of history based upon 2018 first and second division clubs).
• Polish Baseball Federation (2019 configuration plus two additional teams to give eight overall).
• Euro Interleague Baseball (a two Subleague, four division, 36-team league, 6/4/4/4, featuring teams from Hungary, Slovenia, Latvia, Finland, Estonia, Lithuania, Norway, Serbia and Belarus)
• Slovak Baseball Federation
• Swiss Baseball Federation
• South African Baseball League (all-fictional league)
• Chinese Baseball Association (semi-fictional league)
• India Premier League (60+ years of a fictional league with two minor leagues)
• Israel Baseball League (defunct league)
• Liga Argentina de Beisbol
• Liga de Beisbol Organizado Chile
• Israel Premier League (based on defunct 2007 Israeli League)
• Senior Professional Baseball Association (based on the defunct league from 1989-1990, a 16-team league for players aged 33+ that plays from November thru January)
• United Shore Professional Baseball League (an active independent league with its actual players, stadium, schedule)

Tournaments Available:

• European Champions Cup (Champions League style Tournament with 32 teams, featuring 28 of the 32 teams competing for the Champions Cup, CEB Cup, Federations Cup, and Federations Cup Qualifiers)
• European Championship (bi-annual international tournament featuring the 11 countries plus Israel vying for the European Championship).
• WBSC Premier12 (12-team, WBSC-organized World Championship Tournament. Features the 12 countries playing in this year's event with Pool setups). The second round will be eight teams instead of six since OOTP cannot properly simulate a six-team round robin after the preliminary round.
• Arizona Fall League is enabled
• Miyazaki Phoenix League (a Winter League for ***, KBO, and Shikoku League)

Nutt, do you by any chance happen to have a world template like this for 21?

Nothing super accurate or anything. I'm just asking so I can have a league for each country on the international stage and the Olympics and WBC can have actual qualifiers instead of random selections.
