On unrelated note, I may win my division by default and give myself a chance to be the worst promoted team ever. Still clinging to a 2.5 game lead at 34-32...

What's that I hear? Oh, it's just the excitement of B240's NC East! All five teams falling over each other in a race to see who will be the least worst! Many dramas will be had!

Here are pages one and two of my current Friends List. It does not include the newly entered Fancher Creek Pirates, because it is maxed out. I guess we've reached the point where we're going to have to manage the list. My first thoughts are to have teams "friend" those in their current league and one level above and below them near the end of each week. I would also suggest that everyone keep a copy of the entire list, to make adjustments as we go along. It's a bit of a hassle, but I think it's a nice problem to have, and hope it gets more problematic. Looking forward to the first all Our League level.

If you have run out of room for any more friends, I suggest you delete teams off of your friends list who are more than two League Levels above or below you, to make room for new members who are at your current League Level.

For example, I am in Iron, so I deleted any teams on my friends list who are in Gold or higher as I have no chance of seeing or playing against them.

It was Stephensville turn to get hosed by PT, I guess. Here's hoping the Bears get their revenge by getting 7 Our League games in the Iron World Series. Some games have already been played.

if I might make a suggestion... it's been a month (4 full seasons) and neither the Central Bobcats (aincolausk) nor the Troy Trojans (treydmarq2) have yet to appear in the correct league with the rest of our group, so I'm removing both of those teams from my friends list; as it's obviously a case of that player not updating their friends list correctly for a month and apparently not wanting to be involved in this group...

if they come back and re-apply, so be it, but I'm clearing the space for players who do want to join (and it reduces the list to 30 people, since there would be 31 including yourself; so it's possible to add everyone for now... until the next new addition of course

)

Actually, I had already removed them from my list, but that still doesn't leave room for Fancher Creek, hence my suggestion for trimming your list of teams that you won't possibly be paired with once a week.

hmmm... are there more people in the group than the 33 listed in that previous post? The only ones I have are in that list, so I might be missing teams if that's the case...

if it's just those 33 (and we drop the 2 i mentioned), that would leave 31 teams, which includes your own team, so should be an even 30 friends (current max for the friend's list members)...

but agree with the thought behind culling lists to just three levels (under your current - in your current - above your current) to cover for movement up/down and cut out teams who you won't hope to see anytime soon

Just dropping by to say I'm still involved and checking in on a daily basis. Don't post a ton but enjoying the league and looking forward to more people joining and advancing to the same levels.

Maybe one day we'll own an entire league. Thanks for the efforts you guys put in.
