after losing 13 in a row and 16 of 17 (3 more losses after the win to break the streak), my boys retracted their craniums from their collective posteriors and managed to go 7-1 over the last 8 games of May....
*crosses fingers* here's hoping they remember how to win when June starts

Had over 5000 points and was weighing buying a gold pack but decided to just get a regular pack and ended up getting 96 rated Kluber. My hitting was 2nd in the league, but pitching was middle of the pack, so this will help. 2 1/2 back in my division and 1st in the WC.

I have my main team, then signed up for a second team my friend could run when he stops over every couple of weeks for a few beers and play OOTP and FM19. He hasn't been by since the beta ended so that one hasn't restarted yet. Anyway, the game's been really fun so I used my last account to try the same thing, basically spend no money and just build a team. I got a bunch of bronze guys, pulled Halladay as my initial gold card. Just now I got two packs from points earned in game rather than hunt for more bronze guys (Thanks Turley for the no hitter) and pulled a perfect for the first time ever. Chris Sale.....given the crappy sell market I guess he'll be my ace....I'm not completely doing only historical players this time since I'm doing it as free to play. |

We went 19-10 in May after 13-13 in April. Still 3rd in division, but sitting in 2nd wild card spot at the moment.

WE went on a historic 3-game win streak before losing our last game, again.
Still we climbed back within two games of the division lead, even though we may have no chance for the wild-card spot ![]() Maybe it pays off it you have a true powerhouse in the league

Me and my Bigggg mouth. We are 43-17. But are now only 1 game ahead of a very good Lake Monroe team. I get to excited about my team that I tend to forget there are other teams out there also. Lol. Me bad....

The whale in my division was not satisfied with his rotation of all perfects/diamonds. So he moved John Montefusco to the reserve roster and replaced him with Verlander. He still has Pedro on the reserve roster and can't figure out where to put him. He has a gold Wheeler in the bullpen (rest are diamonds) but Zach has a 0.00 ERA and I guess he won't take him out until he gives up a run.
He still has four gold position players (rest are diamonds or perfects) so that is pretty weak. I would expect him to shore that up soon. He has added four diamond position players since the season started, so it's good to see he is paying some attention. |

Yes, he is 44-16. I am 38-22, 6 games back. The third place team is 33-28. I am first in the wildcard standings (+5.5).

Ok, now I see why he is spending so much time and money on the pitching staff. He is #2 in every category. I am #1. Obviously, that can't stand.
![]() In case you wondering, I am not mad about this situation... I am amused and determined to see if I can drive him to spend even more money by making it a race. |

This is the most loaded team I have seen so far ... and I'm surprised he's "only" 49-13 ...
The starters he has in his bullpen would make up a nice rotation for me ![]() But of course he has every right to collect a team like that

My main team is winning at a 44.4 rate. Here is a bright spot that at least one person other than myself would like. It's my first Gold achievement.
I have five starters hitting over .300 and Brock is my second lowest at .233 (He was .221 when he did this). |
