True. If you notice, you have to scroll quite a bit sideways to take it all in. Also, "spire" implies there will be only one ultimate Perfect League. I am no math genius, but I would assume that it may be impossible to produce one ultimate league at the very top of a 5-tier pyramid when the foundation layers are so numerous and variable. Plus it's nice to spread the wealth a bit, so to speak, so its probably never going to look like a true pyramid.

That is what I meant. I know what I'm saying is impossible with 5 tiers, but several more tiers would allow that 'League of Gods' that I'm envisioning.

Since it would be the same amount of games being played and the same amount of teams, even quite possibly the same amount of leagues overall... it shouldn't put extra strain on resources unless I'm missing something.

or perhaps a tournament of champions for the teams that won it all in their respective perfect leagues.

That would be nice. It might even be something neutrals would enjoy watching.

Maybe generate odds somehow and allow us to bet pp on the outcome. It would be a fun addition.

no because betting, even with make believe currency etc would open a whole can of worms, with even more licencing needed.. which soooo isn't worth it for the guys in the office.

A tournament of champions, with everyone who won the WS in the perfect legue, with maybe a PP prize pool would be a nice idea tho... give everyone a goal to work towards.

And the good news is that they have announced that tournaments, in addition to our primary leagues, will be a significant PT feature, so this is a realistic possibility.

It seems a little odd to have 3 different leagues at the highest level.

Did you notice the "Scroll left" and "Scroll right" buttons at the top?

Your league level seems to be automatically centered, but there are many more.

I like the idea of using letters (A, B, C, etc.) to designate levels. That is the same method my old softball league used and you knew instantly what level the other team was. I also like the idea of taking all the highest league champs and playing a round-robin tournament to find the ultimate perfect team. It wouldn't have to be very long, best of 3 or 5 for early rounds and best of 7 for the "Perfect Series."

How about that... I didn't think it mattered from any legal standpoint if the currency wasn't real. I learned something today.

You're sure that's true though? There are poker games out there on Steam where you play with pretend money, Stock Market sims too... but I'm pretty sure they don't need licensing.

The playoff screens still show the championship series as "Double A" series. It should say "Gold Level Series"
