Sims

So, Am I understanding that sims will only occur from 9am Central to Midnight Central only? Any help with me understanding is greatly appreciated

It is 9am to 11pm central time (14 hours).

From the FAQs:

Q: How often are games simulated on the server?
A: We simulate 31 league days per real day, one simulation every 30 minutes, starting at 10 AM ET and ending at 1 AM ET.. The regular season starts on Mondays and ends on Saturdays. On Sundays the postseason will be simulated.

Does that apply to the entry leagues? I was on at 10pm last night NZ time (5am ET) and there were still simulations happening.

The entry pool runs 24/7. The time changes tonight in the US so this will be off tomorrow anyway.
