Chemistry, yea or nay?

Do you find it to be too much of a factor in team success as opposed to general ability?

Good players are the most important success factor. Everything else has a minor impact compared to talent and luck with injuries.

Yeah, the biggest deal chemistry has is that you can keep an underperforming club together a little longer than otherwise if everyone gets along with everyone else. If they're downright bad, that in and of itself will affect the chemistry anyway, and if they aren't all that talented, all the chemistry in the world isn't going to make them significantly outperform their ratings.

It *can* matter a lot during contract time, although if your team just won like 95 games virtually everyone's going to want to stick with you anyway.

I keep it on, but I reset it at the end of every season to minimize the cumulative impact, to be fair I do not think it changes much.

I turn it off just because it's something I don't care about dealing with.

I think it is well handled in OOTP yet I don't think it matters IRL as much as players and media say. The most unreliable witnesses are players who win championships and the media along for the ride.

I don’t use it as I think it takes valuable time away from dealing with the salary cap, contracts, trades, draft and playing out all the games.

I find there’s only so much free time IRL to devote some of it to the chemistry influence.
